Federal regulation requires that an individual must verify that he/she
has performed nursing related services for monetary compensation within
the two (2) years since their most recent certification.
Verification of employment must be obtained from a
LICENSED HEALTH CARE FACILITY OR AGENCY.
Certified nurse aides with a validated complaint of resident abuse, neglect or
misappropriation of resident property in their registry records are not eligible to
renew their CNA certifications in the State of Delaware.

To request a renewal you must complete the first three fields below.
If you have logged into the registry system previously you must also
enter the pin you were issued at that time. If you have not been issued
a pin you may enter your birth date to login, but please note the pin
number you are issued for future use.
