All data fields in this window with the exception of Att. Periods are a requirement of the Montana Office of Public Instruction, and inquiries about those fields should be directed to appropriate personnel at that office.

Att. Periods represents the number of periods a day that this student is attending. For export purposes the field defaults to the number of periods in a day as defined in your school profile, therefore you need only complete the field for students attending fewer periods.

For export purposes all Program Participation fields default to non-participation. Thus, you only need to check/complete fields for those students that are participating in the respective program(s). AIM File Specifications contains a description of the required fields.
