As an approved TRAINING PROGRAM you will be making the initial data entry
for CNA candidates that have successfully completed your program.
To do so you must have been assigned a training ID and pin number by
the regulatory agency.
Please Note - Effective March 23, 2009: When entering new candidate's for testing
you will be required to select the candidate's Lawful Presence status and attest to the fact that a copy of
the candidate's Affidavit of Lawful Presence
will be kept on file subject to verification.
