Testing candidates that are currently employed or have an offer of employment in a
TDH funded long-term care facility need not pay for their exam as testing fees
will be paid by the Tennessee Department of Health. Prior to scheduling an exam,
the employment status of these candidates must be verified their employer. It is
the responsibility of the candidate to use this system to indicate:
- who their employer is using your facility ID,
- whether they are employed or have an offer of employment, and
- the date on which they were either employed or given an offer of employment.
You will be automatically notified by email when a candidates requests
employment verification, and the sooner you verify that employment, the sooner
the candidate can begin the scheduling process.
